Mission

A chapter of the national nonprofit one love foundation, we educate young people about the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships through engaging peer-to-peer, film-and-discussion workshops.

Our chapter aims to reach as many communities at Cornell as possible by bringing in diverse perspectives to our organization and tailoring our discussion to every community.

The Love family started the foundation in 2010 in honor of Yeardley Love, a 22-year-old college student, Varsity lacrosse player, and member of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity who was killed by her ex-boyfriend. We work to make sure that the Cornell community has the information that Yeardley, her friends, and her family did not. Information that can save lives.

Joining nearly 800 high school and college campuses nationwide, One Love at Cornell seeks to open young people's eyes to unhealthy behaviors and offer a framework they can use to discuss these behaviors in their own lives.

Discuss how to #lovebetter and empower students to become leaders driving change in Cornell’s communities. Join the movement today!
